Rye Girls Softball Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Rye Girls Softball is comprised of volunteer parents committed to promoting the game of softball while developing skills, confidence, teamwork and leadership for girls in our community.

Board Members

Genevieve Gilmore (President)

Genevieve has had three of her daughters play in the Rye Girls Softball system (2 currently playing) and is a former high school softball pitcher. Her oldest daughter is the varsity pitcher for Rye High School. She has been involved with RGS for seven years and joined the board in 2019.  She was appointed President in late 2021.

 

Fraser Woodford (Vice-President)

Fraser has been actively involved with Rye Girls Softball for a few years and joined the Board in 2022.  He has a 11 year old 6th grader, and has coached her team each of the last two years, and also coached the 2023 LL 10U Tournament Team.

Alex Lanuza

Alex has been involved as an active supporter of Rye Girls Softball for 6 years, as his 8th grade daughter now plays catcher for the 14U team.  He joined the RGS Board in 2021 and with daughters in 6th and 2nd grades as well, he will be involved with RGS for many years to come!

Jennifer Manney

Jennifer has been involved with Rye Girls Softball for three years since her daughter, now in 7th grade, began playing.  She played softball in high school.  She has coached two teams including Rye’s first-ever 10U Little League tournament team and joined the RGS Board in 2022.

Milan Yokuty (Treasurer)

Milan has been an active supporter of Rye Girls Softball since Spring 2017.  She has a 9th grade daughter who loves softball and has grown with the league through the years.  She has a 7th grade son and a 4th grade daughter who also plays for RGS.  She joined the Board in 2021 and serves as Treasurer.

Erin Crew

Erin has been a supporter of Rye Girls Softball since her daughter started playing in 2021.  She played softball in High School and in adult softball leagues.  Erin enjoys sharing her love of the game by coaching in the 8U and 10U divisions, including the 2023 LL 10U Tournament Team.
